Terms of use
The terms for using tjlarkin.com.
Who we are and acceptance
This personal website is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, doing business as 8th Replay. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
What this site provides
The site shares TJ Larkin’s work, opinions, articles, podcast links, music and experiments. Content is general information and may become outdated. It is not individualized legal, financial, insurance or other professional advice. Separate products and services have their own terms and agreements.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate someone or use the site to violate another person’s rights. Ordinary search indexing and responsible public-page access are welcome.
Content and brands
We or the relevant owners hold rights in original text, images, music and brand assets, except where a specific license says otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution as permitted by law. Third-party material remains its owner’s. If you submit a message, you retain your rights and allow us to use it to respond and handle your request; that is not permission to publish it as a testimonial.
Third-party services
Links may lead to independently operated tools, newsletters, media players and booking services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their availability or content, and a link does not guarantee their performance.
No warranties
The site and its information are provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI visibility samples are observations, not promises of rankings or recommendations.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luckiest Man Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and venue
Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be heard in courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
